Gigi's still there. They've also figured out her breed: she's now listed as a Swedish Vallhund mix.
I'm sure you're as surprised as I am at her extended tenure at the shelter. I mean, look at her! What a cutie!

Fiona (Fifi) was a pretty girl who graced our lives for a few short weeks in '07. Barb knew she was her perfect dog the minute she met her at the Humane Society, and Fiona bewitched everyone she met. She should have been with us longer. Now, thanks to the Friends of Fiona, Fifi's legacy lives on in the form of a one-year Humane Society cage sponsorship! This blog will always be about remembering Fiona, but now we can remember her by keeping an eye on the dogs sheltering in her memorial kennel.
